If there is no quality assurance, the entity’s quality will be poorer.

Many entities have standards, procedures, and evaluations. Few follow them. Few allow them to be practiced. Few praise their use.

The erosion of a standard by an associate places the entity into jeopardy. The entity loses its quality cache and loses its way. As a result, the innate personality of the entity tarnishes, rusts, or decays.

Do not make a standard if the associates are not willing to keep it in place and practice it to its fullest.

Quality assurance demands adherence by each associate to allow the entity’s personality to blossom and thrive.
