“Worry, What to Do About It” by Rick Sanders

English: I took photo with Canon camera.

For us worriers, life is a never-ending collection of plates to balance before one plate comes crashing to the ground. We are the best at making sure each problem gets our attention.

The problem with worry is that it is debilitating in almost every way possible. Mental anxiety, stress aches, and other symptoms place our bodies at risk.

It does not have to be that way. God it in control of everything if we want to realize it or not. “The battle is not yours, but God’s.” it says in II Chronicles 20:15.

To capture the freedom of God has for us, is to place our worries with God, usually in prayer. For you that are carrying the world on your shoulders, this should lighten the burden.
