Spirituality involves waiting and patience. The waiting is needing for the honing of the soul. Patience makes our spiritual life a good habit.

Dennis Fisher says, “But waiting for the Lord can transform us into a people of growing faith.

Patience is a key component of love. See I Corinthians 13.

spirituality needs both, waiting and patience, to rise above the problems of the world. We can wait in meditation and prayer. We can be patient by expressing itself in endurance and servanthood.

Our modern world teaches us the “right now”  is the way to go, but waiting and patience pays off to find wisdom and knowledge. Remember, the “rat race” seldom involves much thinking or spirituality.
